   This machine is a new kind of mixing and blending device features high efficiency without dead spots. Its mixing way is that there are two multi-layered blade type blender in the pot which can rotate in different high speed around self axis while revolute around pot axis so as to ensure material undergoing complicate movement to be sheared and mixed strongly. Meanwhile there is a scraper rotates around pot axis to scrape and mix material stick on the pot wall that ensures better mix effect. It is well sealed and vacuumed with good air and bubble exhaust effect. Pot lid can be lifted manually and body can be moved freely for easy operation.

It is applicable for mixing, reacting, dispersing, dissolving and quenching solid-solid, solid-liquid, liquid-liquid material in the industry of chemical, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, construction material, pesticides etc. such as ink, pigment, adhesives, sealants, ointment, paste materials, grease, paint, cosmetics, paste food, additives and other high viscosity materials.

Blender type can be multi-layered blade type, frame type and spiral type according to material requirement.
